Noodles, spices and some meat slices. Add some hot and sour gravy and a lot of veggies. Congratulations! You have imagined the perfect Chinese meal.

Chinese cuisine is one of my favourite cuisines. It’s amazing how it is the perfect amalgamation of everything we like about food. I feel Chinese food is an art in its entirety, be it the preparation, the service or the eating style. Layer by layer, you can just taste the tradition in every bite.
