What to do in NYC this Spring – Part 2

That magical time has arrived and we are right in the middle of it. Goodbye snow, hello sun! Winds reminiscent of winter and summer heat makes the perfect temperature for outdoor activities like picnics, fleas, parties and food festivals!

Al Fresno dining has to be on your list, this spring! But there’s a lot more you can do if the cherry blossoms can bloom, so can you. Make the most of your spring by getting on a bus to New York City and exploring these crazy events!

Here’s a list of some cool things you can do this spring:

1.  When: April 20th and 21st

What to do: Chug at the Craft Brew Festival. Sample over-140 specialty brews, ciders, meads and spirits. And promise yourself to jog all that beer off, every morning for a week, it’s gonna be a lot!

2. When: April 25

What to do: Brisket King Contest. Since 7 years, Brisket King has been coming to NYC to fulfill all of your red meat cravings. More than 20 local chefs compete in the kitchen, smokehouse and outdoor cooking stations for the chance to be Brisket King. Pop in for a fun day with craft beer, wine, cocktails and, of course, brisket.

3. When: April 28-29

What to do: The World’s Fare. Walk in and celebrate the food of the world at The World’s Fare. It’s a culinary festival that celebrates global cuisine. It feels like traveling the world one plate at a time, in the span of 2 days! There are beer gardens, live music stages and of course, mouthwatering dishes.
